Small Order Processing Fee
Product orders of merchandise that total less than $20 (excluding freight and labor) will be subject to a $5 Small Order Processing Fee. In the event that an order is being shipped to multiple addresses, each “ship to” address with a merchandise total under $20 will be subject to the $5 processing fee.

Terms
Payment in full with a major credit card.
The processing of your credit card is through a secure process and your credit card information will not be exposed.

Shipping
Your order will come from California or Ohio. We use both Fedex and UPS. Please inspect all arriving orders for damage or shortage BEFORE signing for the goods. Immediately note and report any damage/shortage to the delivery driver.

Returns and Cancellations
Please be certain all information is correct when placing
an order. Due to the speed at which we process orders it may not be possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been entered. Made to order and special order products are nonreturnable. Standard stock items may be returned by contacting Draincables Direct and obtaining a Return Goods Authorization Number.
Returning merchandise must be returned within 60 days
of the original invoice and be accompanied by an RGA Number. Return goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders outside the United States
We are happy to accept orders from outside the USA subject to these conditions:
1. Order must be paid in US dollars via one of the above credit cards, a check from a US bank, or an international money order.
2.
You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping. We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service only. Please specify air (2 to 3 weeks) or surface (4 to 8 weeks). No tracking is available on international orders.
3.
We have limited ability to understand your order in languages other than English.
4. You may incur tax or duty charges in your country.
